Default Accountability...just for today...

I just registered for a Daily Plate account, tracked my calories so far for today, planned out my activity...have an estimate of what I plan to eat for today.

My son, boyfriend and I are going to the ocean today to walk on the beach, collect seashells and pic nic. The weather is pretty crappy (cold and lightly drizzly) but better than most places in the country for January so I can't complain. I need to get out and move my body today.

First Mini-Goal: Lose 10 lbs. Met 2/22/2010
Second Mini-Goal: 20 lbs. down Met 4/23/2010
Third Mini-Goal: Lost 10% body weight (27 lbs down) Met 9/13/2010
Fourth Mini-Goal: Lose 8 more lbs to = 40 lbs lost :
Back on track:9/5/2011 First goal: get back to 246

Default Stayed OP today

I love the Daily Plate! I just finished my first day of entering my foods, activity and H2O.

Part II of my accountability...I was outside at the ocean, walking on the beach, playing with my son...for about 4 hours, also walked the dog this am.

I'm feeling pretty good about my day!
