I just registered for a Daily Plate account, tracked my calories so far for today, planned out my activity...have an estimate of what I plan to eat for today.
My son, boyfriend and I are going to the ocean today to walk on the beach, collect seashells and pic nic. The weather is pretty crappy (cold and lightly drizzly) but better than most places in the country for January so I can't complain. I need to get out and move my body today.
