Default Sliding Back (in a good way)

Finaly! Weighed myself this morning and I was down like 8lbs. This is day 7 on plan. And boy was I on plan. I was on plan like I've never been on plan before. I am a notorious cheater so I am so proud of myself. I know 8lbs a week isn't going to keep up cuz I have been at week one before. But it's nice to see that hard work pay off. I am almost back down to where I was before christmas, just another 8lbs to go.

Oh I am SO happy for you. 8 days on plan - atta girl. Just keep at it. Keep on stringing those on plan days back to back to back - and watch those pounds melt away. NO MORE CHEATING. It's not worth it. You're on a mission now. A mission towards good health and the best you possible!!!!
