Thanks for posting this Eliana -- I know there's a lot of sugar there but have always had trouble imaging tsps or tblsps because it's written in grams. This is great for getting some perspective.

This is great. I used to drink 72-120 ounces of mountain dew EVERY DAY! The thought makes me cringe now.

I used to easily drink a 2 liter of pepsi a day...but in general it's gross to think about how much sugar I used to consume in a day.
