I crossed the 100 pound mark today!!
And I am less than a quarter of a pound away from the 160's!!
I must say, these last 10 pounds have been the hardest EVER. I am hoping that it was the holidays more than the anything else because if the next (and last
) 20 are just as hard or harder....sigh. The 170's seem to be relentlessly difficult to shake
I can hardly believe where I was 10 months ago when my journey began. It was so hard looking at the scale...the amount of weight I had to lose seemed impossible and so, for a long time, it was easier not to even try.
Now that I am in the home stretch, it is the last 20 pounds that seems to daunting. There is part of me that is wondering if I picked "the right" goal weight. What if I never get there? Ugh!
At any rate, in THIS moment, I am just so grateful to be where I am and wanted to thank all of you chicks who have provided motivation and inspiration along the way. If reading my story helps even one person feel more confident in their ability to drop those pounds, I will be thrilled!
Thank you 3FC and thank you 100 lb Club!!
Takin' it one step at a time!
