You've proved that hard work pays off. As does patience, perseverance and determination. Hold on to those essential things and there's no way that you can't not get to your goal.

And try to remember that this *hard* is no way near as hard as the hard of being morbidly obese. You have just added years to your life as well as a MUCH higher quality of life.
