That FABULOUS feeling of self amazement, self pride, self respect in and of itself makes this whole thing worth it.

And then of course there's all those other TONS of reasons why this is SO worth it.

It again reminds me of how we used to say how "hard" it is to "eat well" and resist all of those "other foods". Hindsight. A wonderful, funny thing. As if THAT was hard. No offense meant, I was right there with you, that first picture, to me now THAT was hard. I know it was. I lived like that and nothing, nothing about adhering to a healthy lifestyle comes close to the hard of "living that way".

You truly are amazing. And what you've done with your life is amazing.
