Lol my boyfriend says i should ask the cow but im sure the cows not talking. Evey time I try to find out calories in a cut of beef i end up with 10 different numbers. I pick the highest one just to be on the safe side but I would love to know if anyone could recommend a reliable site that seems to have things straight. I know theres alot of variables with beef but to have a good base to go on would be awsome
