That was a great article. Very informative.

I weigh myself to much, basically everytime I am in the bathroom! This article was a nice reminder of how it is not ALWAYS accurate. And it is ok to fluctuate.

Thanks for the article. My husband is always yelling at me for weighing myself too much. He keeps telling me I will just get discouraged, but I can't help but peek anyway. This really was a good reminder.

Thanks for posting this. I just got a scale and was like "why the heck is my weight changing by 1-3 pounds daily?" Now i see i need to stop getting on it so much!
