Being that I'm going by size and not weight at this point, I just went to the bathroom and was able to pull down my pants without unzipping or unbuttoning them. I got back to my cube and my director looked at me and said looks like you are losing weight. I said I'm working on it. She asked what type of diet I was doing and I let her know and she said how long you been on it. I said I'm starting my third week. She said really, you can really tell. I was so excited I had to post it.
There's no ticker here because I have no idea what I weigh, nor do I have plans to get on the scale anytime soon. My goals are to take care of myself in healthy ways and let the scale fall wherever it will. "It's not about skinny anymore - it's about healthy."
