I'm not doing WW but tons of other do it. That's awesome that you recognized this plan wasn't going to work for you and instead of quitting, found one that would. It's all about what you can do for life. Keep up the good work!

It sounds like you are making good and realistic choices for you and your lifestyle. I commend you on that!!!! I'm not doing WW (I'm calorie counting) but most have nothing but good things to say about that method of losing weight. Good luck and I look forward to reading your successes!

I'm glad you made the choice to get back with this, and this is a brilliant place to come for support, the ladies here are lovely and so inspirational!

I'm doing WW too - it's the only plan I've ever followed (the first time when I was 15, I'm a repeat offender ), and it works brilliantly for me *when I let it*. My favourite part about it is that nothing is forbidden, even gyro salads!!!

Congratulations, what an accomplishment! Great idea on maintaining your favorite foods while watching the portions... I keep Nutella in the cupboard for that very reason! Your busy and stressful schedule is an added challenge and you are so brave for tackling your weight challenge head-on! Just keep swimming

ps you are STILL beautiful! your weight doesn't determine that
