It's DEFINITELY water weight, it takes me 3-4 days to lose the TOM water weight. Give yourself a few more days before you get on that scale and I bet you will see MUCH better results!

I agree.. sounds like water weight to me. Take a few deep breaths and give it a couple more days!

It does sound like water weight. It be the results of Tom, or possibly more sodium in your foods. Give it a few days, and it should subside.

weight fluctuates day by day, hour by hour in living creatures. If it is just 2-3 pounds, i think it is pretty normal.

Sounds like the joys of TOM to me too. Hang in there and just keep on the wagon. It will come off in those big wooshes we love so much!

Hang in there! Whether is is from TOM, a normal fluctuation, or a stall, the only way through is to keep on your plan. I'm crossing fingers that you'll see a big whoosh soon.

If you have been sticking to your plan, than you can write off that scale till it catches up with reality.

It'll pass... I was mad at my scale this morning too. I was up 1.8 lbs and I have been on plan too. I'm thinking it's probably because I ate some processed food this weekend and it had more sodium than my body is now used to consuming. I'm just going to make sure I drink my water today and hope I see it drop back off on the scale in the next day or two.
