Default Veggie Burgers

I just had my first veggie burger. It was SO yummy. I was pleasantly surprised and it let me eat a cheeseburger and oven fries for less calories than a quarter pounder with cheese, which is what I wanted. But I think I will stick with the veggie burgers for now.

I'm with you--I love a veggie burger or a turkey burger when the mood hits. Actually, I prefer them. Also, I really like hummus burgers. I just smash drained chickpeas with garlic and other spices and lightly flour it with whole wheat flour and cook it with non-fat spray. Super yum, filling and cheap!

I love them too

Tonight I had a quorn southern style burger in a wholemeal roll with salad and extra light mayo. Was yummy.

I also love the veggie patties in a bun with light mayo

That's great that you found a better alternative for you. MUCH better than that quarter pounder! Good job

I've always wanted to try them. My sister is a vegetarian, and she eats them all the time!

I love veggie burgers. My problem is that I fell in love with them while in England and have not been able to find an American brand I'm in love with yet. Which ones are yall eating?

I got boca burgers, the American style flame grilled ones. I just realized that they are a little higher in calories than the other boca burgers, so next time I will try a different one, but they were really good. And right now, with nursing the boy, I have the calories to spare.
