Well after my freakouts last week from the scale sticking for a couple of weeks, I am SO happy to report that today's weigh in showed a 3lb loss, taking me into the 2 teens (219.5) and under 100 kilos (99.77) for the first time in years!
This past few weeks have definitely been an experience for me and have taught me lots of things. I now know that weekly weighing for me is the right choice, and daily doesn't work for me (I got totally obsessed with seeing the figure each day and couldn't cope with the daily fluctuations). When the scale is sticking it's even more important for me to keep up with my exercise routine and push myself harder, because it makes my body feel better to focus on fitness and toning while I'm struggling to get number to move down again.
I also realised today that I'm only 10lbs away from being halfway to my goal!
This is so amazing to me, only 6 months ago I couldn't imagine for a second being where I am now. So my next mini goal is those 10lbs, which will also take me to a weight I haven't been in about 10 years!
