4 lbs actually!! Im so excited to see that number! I didnt expect to lose that much this week. Im pms'ing and craving EVERYTHING in site! But for the first time in my life when I was craving things, I had what I wanted, but I weighed it first. We got the Biggest Loser scale and LOVE it!! Its super easy to use! So I never deprived myself of anything and I think that helped. Im going to finally open the Wii fit plus today. Have had it since Christmas

Good for you! And I don't know how true it is, but I've read in several places that if you can power through the cravings around PMS, you can actually burn 300 calories more per day during that week to two weeks. That is major motivation for me. That might explain the "whoosh" that happens afterwards.

Thanks everyone! It was hard, but Im glad I didnt give in to the temptation of eating all my christmas candy..or that bag of chips that was calling my name...or that pizza..well you get the picture lol

Ive heard something like that about Pms'ing...thats why Im staying strong! Im hoping for a big loss next week...Ive gotta lose this water weight somehow!!

Not giving into those cravings is tough. I'm really, REALLY struggling with that today... I gave in the last two days and I'm determined NOT to give in today.
