So I had a great first week back on track! I ate well everyday with only one day of off plan stuff and even that day was under 1900 calories total. Did eight miles on the treadmill. Lost four pounds. Can I just tell you there's nothing better than a good week to start another good week? I know I won't lose that much every week, but it sure does pump me up for week two! Woohoo!!!
I think a NICE weight loss on your first week can go a LONG way towards giving you staying power. Great job!!!
