I can totally relate. When I first started working out, I really focused on increasing my cardio routines to over an hour. It got to a point where I was spending 1.5 - 2 hours at the gym each time. Boredom set in and my motivation dropped. Subsequently, I ended up taking a lot of days off from exercise and a stubborn plateau set in. My trainer gave me some good advice, "keep the body guessing". With her help, I now have a wide variety of exercises to choose from. When we do meet, our training sessions consist of strength and core exercises that can all be done at home with no equipment. The only time she has me work on a machine or lift heavy weights is to gauge my progress. I'm currently training to participate in a relay marathon this coming May. As a result, many of my exercises are new and have me sweating buckets, just like when I first started working out. Hang in there, I know you will work through this. Just so you know, my workouts are now only 45 minutes to an hour long.
