We're going out of state to visit the in laws. So, I've been planning how to stay on plan!
I am bringing my oatmeal for breakfast, pre portioned and in individual little bags. I am bringing my own non perishable snacks (for the road trip as well as the visit). I know we will be eating out and I have my little book--Eat this, Not that (restaurant version). We will grocery shop when we get there so that's no biggie. I'll just do what I normally do! Portion control and count calories!
They have a pool and I'm bringing my bathing suit. If it's too cold (and it might be if they don't heat it up) then I will see if MIL can take me to her gym (if she still has a membership) and I'll do my water aerobics with her. If not then I will only miss one day of workout.
I think I've got it all under control.....
Won't see you till next week......cause they don't have a computer!!!! Maybe I can find some WIFI and use my sons netbook We'll see....
