I had a wake up call at the gym. I am officially the heaviest I have ever been: 333lbs.

Well, at least I know now! I'm literally a mile away from the gym and have recommitted to going 6 days a week, optimally, so I'll just keep weighing in there. (I don't have a scale at home).

I hadn't realized I was having such a good week... Down 3.8!

I'm 1.6 pounds away from no longer being obese. Holy cow, I can't wait!

I am weighing in in so many places I am getting confused. I think I need to write it down! LOL! Anyway, this morning I weighed in at 218.4 That's almost 7lbs down!
