So, after a week of rushing my family around for the hoidays followed by a week of couch surfing with a severe cold, I am almost back to 100%!.
I'm not going to exercise yet, per se, but I did decide that I'm well enough to clean the kitchen, which has not been done in the two weeks I've been away from home or ill. I looked up the calories I'll probably burn and it was very encouraging.
I'll be burning almost 500 calories doing the dishes (by hand), cleaning out the fridge, clearing the counters and scrubbing the floor in my tiny apartment kitchen. Yay!
