I'm staying on track today because it's the first "warm" day (36) in a couple of weeks and I can take the kids outside for more than 2 minutes. We're going for a walk!
Because I survived a major financial upheaval yesterday and spent the whole day posting instead of eating like I might have done...resistance makes you stronger !
Because I can already feel some very small physical differences in my body from losing 7lbs since I recommitted and I'm excited to feel more as the number on the scale continues to drop.
Because I lost 2 lbs last week and I'm feeling inspired. And to meet my goal of losing 16 lbs by my birthday I have to lose 16 lbs in the next 4 weeks. I gotta step up my game!!!
because I didn't weigh today for the first time in weeks, and I want to keep that up til Friday so I can actually see a loss on those scales when I do weigh!
Because *deep breath* I just read on the 5 foot 2 and under site where someone can't wait to get back to 99 pounds. *deep breath* I am 5 foot and that was me years and years and more years ago...and I can't get it out of my mind. 99 pounds. And I am NOT gonna eat over it! Period.
