Detox?
I often see a lot of post related to detoxing. I know that this could mean different things for different people. So my question is when and if you detox what does your personal detox consist of? Do you follow a specific plan do you cut out certain things? How often do you detox? Lastly how has this helped you? Please share.

I feel phase 1 of south beach is a detox for me cuz it eliminates a good portion of carbs (I totally had a withdrawal headache yesterday).
