Post is a week late but here I am. I hadn't been on my scale in so long, I forgot I had taken the batteries out (sigh). Not feeling very confident so my improvement goal for the year is 30 pounds.
January 10th (starting weight): 307.6
February 1st - oops missed this month
March 10th - 298.4 not as good as it seems-some of Jan wt had to have been TOM
April 1st -
May 9th - 300.4 could be water retention or real weight (eating too much including salty foods)
June 1st -

December 28th - 304 3.6 pounds lost. I'm off by a decimal point but at least I did't gain. Will try again 2011.
