Just take it one decision at a time. I was struggling the past few weeks and that is the ONLY way I get back on track - I put my head up, say a prayer, and decide to take control back with every bite. I CHOOSE what I eat, and each and every meal I have another chance to make a decision that will chip away at this fat shell I am in.
Likewise, when I make a less healthy decision, I can turn it right around the very next bite and keep moving forward. It is a process that never ends, we can ALWAYS do better!
