Default Not A Good Month For ME!

I have not a very good month here as it is December this is one of the hardest month or me. As I dont have family on my side to rely on so it is all up to me to do what I can. So I couldnt afford to buy as I call my foods Like Chicken Breast, Cottage Cheese, Yogurt, Fresh Veggies etc Plus Buy the Nessities for Christmas Dinner and Presants ( My children are not hard to please so I didnt have to spend alot to make them Happy ) so I had to Put my diet on the Back Burner and Do my for my family.
When I first started I think I was kinda Depressed so I was eating everything and then I seen a Commercial that Eric with Biggest looser winner 3 Gained all his weight back and I then Decided I couldnt do that I worked too Hard. So I have been taking it easy on what I have been eating. So I will be going back on my diet next weekend when it is time for grocery shopping and I will be back full force. I will not give up I will get back to where I was plus loosing more . Cant wait .

Realization is that I am the one who made myself fat! I control what goes in my mouth on a daily bases and now I have to be the one who takes the control !

That's the right attitude Bonnie! You are doing amazing and as always I am inspired by your posts!
'So I have been taking it easy on what I have been eating.' Yes, Yes, Yes!!! There are always going to be times when we don't have control over what is available but we can control our portions. For me, this is KEY to attaining long term success.
Keep up the good work and keep posting--I love reading your posts! You are such an overcomer!!!

I hear you. I've been in Eric's place where I've had to lose the weight again, don't want to ever do that again!! December is hard eating wise for me too.

Agree that December is tough and glad that you're a fighter. You'll kick this booger yet.
