you are so lucky I absolutely love her. She is the trainer i would love to have in my personal life. I need that type of motivation from a strong pushy kind of person. Gratz and way to go.

Thank you! I just read it and I know it is an old topic but it did just save me from binge eating, I am day 3 phase 1, south beach and I have a whole pack of peanuts in front of me. And I am now going to put it away because I am going to have to work for what i want. And I am worth it, I don't have to live with a 6 flab. I don't wanna be depressed about my weight any more. I know that if I don't do it now it only gets worse and worse. I have to work for it to make it better. So thank you for the motivation and well done! You are an absolute transformation and inspiration!
