At my weekly weigh in on Friday I smashed the Xmas goal I'd set for myself, to have lost 3st/42lbs.
I actually lost 4.5lbs this week, the most I've lost in a week since I started, taking me to 3st 2lbs/44lbs lost since 27th July this year and down to 230lbs!!!
I have no idea how I managed to lose so much in a week, the only thing I can think is that I've changed my workout routine around this last week and started interval training and tried my first step class, and that has maybe given my body a shake up. I don't feel to have worked out any harder overall, but something must have worked
And with that loss I am no longer morbidly obese, just plain old obese
My birthday is in 6 weeks so I've made myself a new target of getting down into the next stone by then, which means losing another 6.5lbs in that time. Hopefully I'll smash that goal as well!
I also wanted to thank everyone on here who is so supportive of eachother. I'm still fairly new and building up the amount I post, but I really appreciate everyone and the motivation I get from reading everyone's posts is wonderful.
