Lightbulb The Good, the bad and the UGLY

I'm back. Had a problem with my phone jack, so I had no internet. I'm really glad to be back to 3FC!
I'll start with the bad and the ugly. I've been backsliding for the past couple of months (food, exercise, water). Tonight dinner was a big binge on junk food.
Now for the good 1. I went shopping this week for tops and shopped in the normal sized clothes section!!!! I haven't shopped there for myself in over 20 years! Can't shop there for pants yet (I can get in them, but would not even walk out of the dressing room they looked so bad) because I'm bottom heavy but soon...soon.
2. I figured out that my back sliding is not due to stress, the excuse I was making. It is my MO. I've done this in the past. I get to a point where I start feeling and looking pretty good and I sabatoge myself. Why? I haven't figured it out yet, but it made me mad. Now I have a plan:
Friday, I start a eating regime I've used before that helps me get rid of the cravings and reinforces portion control and healthy eating. Also I get all my water in.
I am going to wash and donate ALL my larger clothes. Nothing to go back to leaves no option to go forward.
I am recommiting myself to the gym (3 times a week in the beginning) and am being held accountable by my sister and my friend.
