I've eaten a real meal breakfast and a real meal dinner.
At lunch time I walked into town with a friend and had a skinny latte and a bit of cake. Not health food but I didn't follow it up with a meal, which I may have done in the past, just let it count as lunch.
Ate a ton of veggies with the evening meal and not a lot of meat.
On to day 4 - with a vengeance. Go get em'! Improvements. Each and every day. Go get em'. It's all right there for you, for the taking. Take it. Take it. Take it now. What would be the point in waiting? :hugs:
This is great... you are making great choices for yourself. It is amazing how much better you will feel once you detox your body of all the processed junk... and it becomes so much easier to make healthy choices when you have it all out of your system.
