Wooshes are nice, especially at this stage of the game.
You know how everyone says the last 10 lbs are the hardest to get off. Well don't fret about that. Talk about nice wooshes. I hit my goal weight with a woosh - a 5 LB WOOSH!! That's right. In fact, I wooshed BELOW my goal weight. I went from 138 to 133 in a week. 135 being my original goal. I then decided to go lower.
So believe me, you've got many more wooshes in your future. I'm certain of it. In fact everything about your future is looking pretty darn incredible.
