For the first time at any time since I got pregnant with my first child in 1990...

I went into a fitting room, took a pair of normal 16s... NOT PLUS, NOT WOMANS... just 16s... and...

Drum roll please....

ZIPPED THEM UP!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK, they were too tight, and I had a tummy roll over the top...

But let's face it-- they were not that tight. No tighter than 18s that I bought even though I could barely zip them which are now loose.

I pulled on a XL top with them. Not plus 1, 2, or 3.

I know this sounds crazy, but I honestly never believed that I would fit into normal sized clothes again.

I realize now I'm going to be out of plus sizes entirely, and probably in just about fifteen more pounds.

I know exactly how you feel! I been trying on clothes and I can actualy pull some 16s over my hips even some 1x are too big and xl flowy shirts fit me! I tried on an xl button shirt and it really suprised me that I was able to button it halfway not all the way but hey its something lol

Congratulations! How wonderful! Doesn't it just feel great?? I just bought my first regular size 16 pants too. I am still wearing plus size tops, thanks to my big arms, but I will get there too.
