I decide to allow myself a small treat yesterday - 1 of those 100 calorie pack snack things. I planned it into my calories and I logged it into my body bugg program. I got it from the cupboard and put it beside my computer and then completely forgot to eat it. I find that both awesome and amazing. I don't think I have ever forgotten to eat a treat in my life. I have forgotten to eat veggies, forgotten to drink water, forgotten vitamins, but never forgotten to eat my junk food.
Perhaps it's not just as appealing as it used to be for you, which is - nice!
I know I have definitely redefined what a "treat" food is and I can tell you, it's not a 100 -calorie pack of, to use your very words - junk. I'd much rather spend my calories else where.
