I decide to allow myself a small treat yesterday - 1 of those 100 calorie pack snack things. I planned it into my calories and I logged it into my body bugg program. I got it from the cupboard and put it beside my computer and then completely forgot to eat it. I find that both awesome and amazing. I don't think I have ever forgotten to eat a treat in my life. I have forgotten to eat veggies, forgotten to drink water, forgotten vitamins, but never forgotten to eat my junk food.
I quit smoking on Oct. 20, 2008 Now I right and more.
That absolutely kicks butt! I know it's happen to me a few times and I kinda freak out (in a good way!) about it as well!
