Default just overweight!! hehe
HELLO I know I haven't been participating much on this forum the past few months. work and life have been hectic. But, I did want to bust in and share some good news. I am now technically ( according to the BMI chart) no longer in the OBESE category!! today I weighed in 172.6. I had to get to 173 to be just overweight. I am so excited. I started this journey in april of 08 and here I am changing my life...woohoo
