The yoga one is actually a pretty decent workout. I also do the Cardio Max, though I find it not challenging enough, really. Jillian's 30 Day Shred is a lot more of a challenge at my current fitness level, even though it's shorter.
The BL DVDs are really nice for fitting in extra quick workouts, though, since they're broken down into short segments that can be added together for a longer workout, or done alone for a quick session. I tend to do 20-30 minutes before work and then a full cardio/strength workout after work, and the BL workouts are nice for the mornings.
