Default Exercise NSV

I joined the Y near my office last November and it has Fitlinxx tracking system. Among other things it counts the number of workouts you report and as of the end of Oct I had 324 workouts. So in a year I averaged a little better than 6 a week.

I'll never win any prizes for speed, endurance or strength but I can keep on keeping on.

Ummm, isn't that pretty much the definition of endurance? I think you've proven that you do get the endurance prize. Maybe a carrot:

Excellent job - I am thoroughly impressed!
