Because after poor choices sent me back up to 285.4, this morning I am back down to 283.8!

because my weigh in day is tomorrow and I already know that the 7 lbs I lost last week when sick are all back and I would like to at least MAINTAIN my loss from 2 weeks ago. I hate that I will have to move my ticker back up tomorrow

I am staying on plan today because I now weigh 281.6!! I know I still weigh a lot but it was a 2lb whoosh that I was not expecting!
