Hi everyone,
Hope you don’t mind if I nudge in here. I joined a few years ago and have been lurking on and off since then. I have lost a lot, learned a lot, gained some back and learned even more in the past few years.
I really am looking for some support and a community that understands what this journey feels like. I’ve been through some trying times recently and I am finally (!!) learning to ask for help when I need it. Eating down my stress/worry just doesn’t work for me anymore. So this is me reaching out again. I look forward to sharing and learning with you all.
