I *think* the plateau is broken!
 

After bouncing around from 221-222 (mostly shades of 222) for three weeks... yesterday I was 220.4... and THIS MORNING I was 219.8! Yes the teens! I made it in by the skin of my chinny chin chin but I made it! Yayyyy!!!!!
