I did this for most of last winter, but haven't started it yet this year. No recipe, I guess I'll be making it up again. Then, I was cooking oatmeal on the stovetop, enough for the week. I added quite a lot of pumpkin, plus pumpkin pie spice, plus some orange zest and maybe some slices of ginger (fished out at the end) and extra cinnamon and some vanilla. And a bit of molasses. Then I reheated it in the morning with soymilk, and then stirred in some flaxmeal. I'd probably add some walnuts and yogurt too, and maybe some cranberries, this time around. I've thought about adding some applesauce or crushed pineapple, but I don't know.
