Pregnant? Flu?
 

I think I might be pregnant, I'm having this strong aversion to smells. (I was at the grocery store and the fried chicken smelled like microwave fried chicken and I gagged). At first I thought it was the flu but I don't feel THAT bad, just an overall yuck in my tummy. Either way, I haven't worked out in a few days because of it. I didn't really want to be pregnant in the first place because I wanted to lose my weight before that happened, but if I AM pregnant, I want to continue to work out. Anyone have any thoughts?

Take a test and find out.

I did yesterday and it was negative, but it's too soon, I have at least another week before it would show up.

I have seen some DVDs in the store for pregnant women. If you have a gym membeship check there too - mine has some prenatal workout classes.

It seems like I get that feeling from time to time and I'm not pregnant. It's like pregnancy flash backs. I'm getting over the flu right now & I have that food aversion just like when I was pregnant. I hope you don't have the flu. Let us know if you get a positive!
