Hey nasus40...
Its just really fast walking...trust me.. lol... i tried running around 7mph but i just couldnt do it for longer then 3 minutes. lol.
So far iv been doing the power walking for the past week, and now im getting use to waking up early and exercising. On really cold mornings, ill do my exercise in the afternoon or at night. This is a really big change for be, because in the past 2 years i havent done any exercise @ all.
Iv been pretty good with the diet so far... hopefully that will stay the same too...lol
Cheers!

Count me in. I will stay OP for 30 days, I will start walking for at least a half hour a day, and I will drink 96 oz of water a day. This should be a good check for me.
