It's been a really looooooooonnnnnnnnnnnngggg time since I've been there. I would guess that it was before I had the twins.
It's funny, this time feels for real. I've been down with H1N1 and have still stuck to my 6 day a week workout, as well as a fairly decent job with my calories (it has been on the low side, eating takes too much energy right now).
I am finding that I am not craving the soda's anymore, and I am reaching for the water instead of anything else. I am still craving sugar though, that's the next battle. I am just trying to go with what I am craving the sugar with...am I looking for crunchy? Have carrots. Looking for cold? Frozen grapes yum!
