First, I'm the girl who weighs in rarely. To keep track of my daily progress I track my calorie deficit. I started this plan 6 months ago and today was my third weigh in.
I was pretty conservative picking my first goal (210) as that is a weight I haven't seen on the scale in 20 years. It's finally taken this third weigh in to sink in that I'm really doing this and my goals are acheivable. So I'm moving the goal to a number that will move me from obesity to overweight.
