I really dont like water at all. I have always added a packet of propel flavor to it. Is that the same as drinking water? I add one packet to 32oz of water which adds 10 cals. Am I getting the same benefits or should choke down plain water. I just want to get the full benefits possible from 8 glasses.

I'm with you there babyfattimes3. I either put a package of Crystal Light in my 32oz container or use 1 oz of sugar-free fruit flavor syrup. I've been told by Weights Watchers, that is counts the same as water. Good luck!

I drink the Lipton Green Tea Citrus flavor diet. Be careful, it's addictive. but, I figure the green tea, however miniscule the amount is, is good for me. the only tiny difference is that your body has to separate the water from whatever ingredients are in the water. No big deal.
