How I changed,
 

This past Summer was hard on me I love the pool and I couldn't muster the energy to go out side and get in. The minute I stepped out side I felt the heat and it was like some one set me on fire . I couldn't stand to walk in the back yard I would be so out of breath and my face would turn red jest trying to get back in the house.
In The End of Aug I decided that I was gonna do something for myself and start eating better and exercising. My Exercise has increased since I have started this. I was laying on the couch today thinking I wanted to take a nap. But i got up put my shoes on and went out side and started pulling weeds out of the flowers beds in the front yard. I took my tunes out side and before I knew it I was sweating my behind off and I was done with one flower bed so I moved on to the next one. I got that one done too. I even cleaned off the porch and washed everything down. Now to little does the DH know But we are gonna have to go to lowes and get some Flowers for the fall/winter flower beds.
Before I would of never been able to do this . I would of never been able to handle the heat ( 89 Today) But I did and it feel great to accomplish something again. :carrot:

oh that is a great nsv... having the energy and the willpower to head on out and get active. Awesome!

That is just so great!!! It's wonderful to discover that we have more energy, and those flowers are going to look GORGEOUS!
