Thumbs down Walking with weights has kicked my butt!

I walked yesterday with two 3 lb weights. They kicked my you know what! I think I pulled a muscle in my chest, under my right boob. Ouch!

I'll just keep on ploddin!

I know when I do the Walk Away the Pounds and use a 2 pound weight some days I feel like it has about killed me... I haven't bothered to take them with me when I go out for a walk, but have thought about it.

What doesn't kill us makes us stronger right?

never thought about going for a walk w/ my weights.. good idea I lift heavy weights.. but have never mixed lifting and cardio together. Through your pain I found a cool idea.. thanks!

Back when walking with hand weights was popular, people started with 1 pound weights and slowly worked up. I think you jumped off the deep end!
