Whoohoo, A New Stone!
Just had my weekly weigh in and I lost another 3lbs this week, making a total of 1st 8.5lbs/22.5lbs lost! And even better than that, I made it into the next stone down and hit 17st 13.5lbs!
I didn't have a great weekend last weekend with a few more treats than I'd planned on, so I wasn't expecting such a good loss, although I have been exercising more this week so maybe that made up for it. Either way, I'm really happy this morning.
Just 1.5lbs more and I'll be back to what I was in June last year when I did Weight Watchers. And I'll be under the 250's! Then I can feel like I'm actually making new ground after that.
