Wow - I never thought the water challenge would take off like it did! Congrats to all!

Let's keep this going. Try for half your body weight in ounces or one gallon.

My goal is 105 oz per day - man, that's a lot of water.

gulp gulp..

Well I have 64oz down and only 64 to go, lol. I will get at least 96oz total and hopefully get the other 64 oz in but we'll see. If I get 96 I'm not going to be to hard on my self.

112 oz today. That's 10 oz shy of half my body weight and i did drink 10 oz of Tab but I guess that doesn't count. Also had tea and don't know if that counts either. But 112 oz tickles me pink all by itself.

Anagram.. if you follow the ww program you can count half your non-caffeine drinks towards water. ie. orange juice, caffine free soda, milk.

Is tab caffine free?

Drinking water here....going to try for 96 oz. at a minimum.

anagram, do you find it hard to get Tab? My friend and her husband have been hooked on it for years but it is soooooooo expensive compared to all the other sodas that they go out of state to buy it when there are sales.

TAB is sugar free and calorie free but has caffeine.

Yes, it is difficult to get here. Dh gets it at local beer distributor and sometimes they have to order it special. We see it in stores near my dd in MD and get it there sometimes but I've never seen it on sale anywhere. I sometimes feel guilty because I think he pays over $13 a case for it (20 oz bottles) and he bargain shops and buys his Pepsi/Coke only when it's on sale.

But I figure I don't have a lot of vices so......

Well I managed only about 96 oz yesterday but that is still good. Today I'm shooting for that much at least. I am going to really try to get the other 32oz an make it a gallon. We'll see.

Well, at 96 oz and holding. Plus green tea, 10 oz Tab and 10 oz of the product of a local mini-brewery. Seem to be getting really dry if I slack off a bit so maybe the amount of water will become a habit.

Nobody else drinking today?

104 oz today plus the usual other stuff. Hope I'm not up all night .

And I was wrong on the price of the Tab (above post). It was almost $22 for a case of the 20 oz bottles. That will last me about 6 or 7 weeks.

Well I can say that I am NOT drinking water. The last two days have been really bad. I don't know what happened to me. At first I couldn't get enough now I can't seem to drink a drop. I am REALLY trying to change that today!!

We'll see. I'll post this evening,
