Default Bike!
I bought a new bike today. It's similar to one I had when I was in good shape. I think it will be hard to ride at first, but at least I have something to work up to! Have any of you guys been successful with riding a bike at your HW?

I have been riding my bike since I weighed well over 300 lbs and never had a problem - although admittedly my stamina and endurance have greatly improved since then!

Congrats on getting the bike! Is it a road, mountain or hybrid type?
