A Non-Scale Scale Victory
Does anyone remember when my personal trainer told me not to weigh myself at home anymore? And how I whinged and whined and stomped my foot and pouted about it?
Today he weighed me and it's Official: according to the gym's scales, I'm under 220lbs :D
And this week I'm going to really try really really hard to not weigh myself, because whilst I think he's accepted the fact that I do so at home...he always looks a little disappointed when I tell him (I can't lie to the nicest sadist in the world!). So this week I'm going to really do my best.
Except maybe on Sunday so that I can update on the VV challenge ;)
